Is Zoomies Aberdeen private hire/sole use?

YES! When you book the Play Park or the Wild Park - the Park is yours for your session. No other dogs or people will enter the Park while you are in there (you can of course invite friends to join you if you wish)- and as we are a manned site you can rest easy knowing that no one gets past the gates without us knowing about it!

Can you bring in season girls to the Parks?

YES! If your girl is in season you’ll know that it is harder to let them have a space to run around in and be safe. Zoomies is perfect to let her run off some energy and know that there is no risk to her at all (the only time we wouldn’t welcome you is in a social meet!) so choose Play Park or Wild Park for your booking.

Can you do a X breed meet?

We get asked this question all the time…. the answer is your breed is probably on our list already - we can only do a certain number of meets a week- to allow plenty of spaces for our other customers. So we will get to your breed or put on a meet that is suitable for your dog at some point. Please check the events page for upcoming meets or our Facebook page.

The more popular meets get put on more regularly- so if you are desperate for a meet- help us by sharing the details on Facebook as much as you can (especially if you are a member of a breed specific group for the area- it really helps us fill meets and means its more likely they will end up as a regular meet!)

Whats the difference between the Parks?

The main difference between the Parks is the size of the field and the height of the fencing. Each has different enrichment activities within them- for more information on each Park click on their individual pages -Play Park or Wild Park.

Whats your cancellation policy?

If you have booked a session and cant make it for whatever reason- let us know as soon as possible. We normally will help you reschedule your appointment if you’ve given us plenty of warning (24hours) or if we can fill your session, however the less time you give us the harder it us to fill and you might not get an alternative appointment offered or a refund. For meets - if we reschedule and you cant manage the new date we will offer a session as a private hire or a space in another meet. However if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice or we cant fill the space we unfortunately cant offer a refund.

Is there a code for the gate?

No- a member of the Zoomies team will always be here to let you into the carpark and help you down to the Parks- no need to worry about codes not working or not getting access.

Are children welcome?

Yes! No one under the age of 18 must be left alone in the Parks however children are welcome to come with you. If attending a Meet please be aware that there will be 6 dogs running around so children must be confident with dogs. We do ask that children don’t climb on the equipment/gates or fences. While they are pretty sturdy - they are made for the dogs not the humans!
